The First Lady’s Cup is the Feminine version of the President Cup also organized by the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) on International Women’s Day in May each year (unless otherwise directed by the First Lady at the convenience of her official work or Business schedule for the year).

The ONE-OFF match is played in honour of the First Lady of the Republic of Ghana between the CHAMPIONS of the Northern and Southern Zones of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) at the end of the League season.
